The 3rd round of the French Open just outside Paris on the Golf de National Ryder Cup course is in the books and while 2 Englishmen, Mark Foster 68 who finished 3rd last week and James Morrison 72 are both on -9, 204, it is French veteran Thomas Levet 67, -6 207 that has the locals hearts all a flutter.
Levet hasn't won since the Spanish Open in 2009 so naturally a win in Paris on the newly appointed Ryder Cup course would be extra special.
However lurking with him is Martin Kaymer 67, -6 who is showing signs of returning to the form that made him the world's #1.
