Web.com Tour Suncoast Classic leaderboard https://www.pgatour.com/webcom/leaderboard.html
I know it's early but Mike Weir is off to his second straight good start on his new home the Web.com Tour. Last week it was the Panama Open where he opened with -6 66, eventually ending T48 after three putting 12 times.
Now 48, Weir will take advantage of a Web.com Tour exemption that gives status to past PGA Tour members aged 48-49, and he expects to play at least 20 times on this tour, this season.
This week’s Lecom Suncoast Classic in Florida, is his third start of the season and third straight week of competition, and has posted another -6 66 in his first round, T2
He made an eagle 2 at the 4th, out in -4 32 and added 3 birdies on the back nine, with a single bogey at the par 3 17th.
The clubhouse lead is -8 64 posted by American Maverick McNealy.
