With a second straight round of 69 Alena Sharp is now the top Canadian in this ISPS Handa Vic Open. This time it was on the Beach Course and she is T5 -7.

Anne Catherine Tanquay dropped back into T12 after she posted +1 74 on the Creek course, she is -5 heading into the weekend.

Jaclyn Lee making her LPGA debut shot a 69 on the Creek Course and moved up to T32 at -3, while Brittany Marchand also made the cut T41 with a 70 to get to -2.

The leader by 2 shots is now American veteran Kim Kaufman with a pair of 66's -13 total.

Austin Connelly has made the cut on the men's side, T44 -4 68 on the Creek course, -6 total.

The leaders by a shot at -14 are Aussies Jason Scrivener and Nick Flanagan as Australians occupied the top five spots heading into the weekend. Wade Ormsby was at -13, a shot clear of Matt Jager and Brad Kennedy.
