There is a new event on the European Tour this week, the Thailand Classic at Black Mountain Golf Club, and Richard T Lee our lone Canadian entrant hopes to continue the fine form that saw him T5 last week in Malaysia.
It's the first time the tour has returned to Thailand since 2007 and the course is in perfect condition and it features what Thomas Bjorn described as super fast greens that are extremely tricky.
Thongchai Jaidee is a home favourite and he leads a strong contingent of Thai and Asian players along with stalwarts like Bjorn, Jimenez, Green, Warren and last week's Indian winner Anirban Lahiri..
