Dell Technology Match Play leaderboard.. live scoring

Format: There are 16 groups of 4 in the initial Group Stage where all 4 players have a match with each other to decide the Group winner. That happens Wed-Fri with sudden death playoffs if necessary to decide the winner.

On Saturday there is the round of 16 who play their way down to the semi finals and finals on Sunday.

Bubba Watson is the defending champion.


Wednesday, Day1 Group Stage:
Of the top 10 players only Justin Thomas #5 lost 3&2 to Lucas Bjerrejaard #50 (Denmark) while Brooks Koepka #3 halved with Tom Lewis #60 (England)

Tiger Woods #13 beat Aaron Wise #61 3&1,   Henrik Stenson (31) beat Phil Mickelson #20 2&1.   Jim Furyk #52 beat Jason Day #12, 2up

Jon Rahm #8 had the shortest match, beating Si Woo Kim, 7&5. Rory McIlroy #4 needed only 14 holes to beat Luke List, while top seed Dustin Johnson #1 closed out Chez Reavie on the 15th hole.

Defending champion Bubba Watson lost his opening match for the first time. Watson needed to win the 18th against Kevin Na, but his second shot out of the bunker in front of the green came back down the slope and into his footprint and he lost 2&1.
