Saturday morning dawns clear and cool in Paris France for this 42nd edition of the Ryder Cup, the Americans as usual making locals cringe showing up in winter touques, while guys like Francesco Molinari are in short sleeves..

Europe are much more comfortable in whatever they are wearing today after their stunning 4-0 trouncing of USA in the Friday afternoon foursomes to take a surprising 5-3 lead after trailing 3-1.

Breaking News: Europe continued on this morning  the way they left off last night. They dominated the US team of stars from the start winning the fourball matches 3-1 with only Spieth and Thomas edging Rahm and Poulter on the 17th green. 

Europe leads 8-4 as they begin the afternoon foursomes. Molinari and Tommy Fleetwood have yet to lose.
