The PGA Tour has announced they will attempt to start play at 12pm.
The field will be paired in 3's off #1 and #10.
Several of the fairways at the course in the lower areas like 16, 17 have lying water on them, while the greens and bunkers have drained well.
2 1/2 inches of rain fell overnight and this morning, adding to a very wet summer in Philadelphia. The rain has moved off to the east, however Sunday looks to be a complete wash out with 90% chance in the am and 100% in the pm.
Monday's weather is not as bad, but still has showers in it.
