LPGA Tour Evian Championship leaderboard http://www.lpga.com/leaderboard
Brooke Henderson started play this morning at the Evian Championship at -6 after rounds of 67 and a battling 69 yesterday, just 2 shots out of the lead.
After a day when she just couldn't get on a roll, she finished with a +1 72 today and is 9 shots behind the leader, American Amy Olsen who says she is "rolling the ball like I have never done in my life". No kidding 69 65 65 -14 using only 27 putts per round each day. She is 2 clear of South Korean Sei Young Kim who fired a -7 64 to get to -12.
Brooke started brightly with a birdie at the 1st, but ended up making the turn in 35 (E). Bogey's at 10 and 14 with a birdie at 12 brought her home in a disappointing 37, 72 -5 total.
She used 30 putts and hit 11/13 fairways, but again today just 12/18 greens in regulation. Of note, long hitter that she is, she played the four par 5's in just -1.
Alena Sharp shot 72 T39 E while Brittany Marchand slipped to a 74 T62 +6.
