Three Tied down Mexico way....1st round results

PGA Tour : Mexican Open...Tee Times

There is a 3 way tie atop the Mexican Open at the huge theme park called VidantaWorld in Vallarta.

Harry Hall from England, 30 year old German Jeremy Paul (yes you keen eyed spotters, Yannick is his twin brother on DP World Tour) and Norway's Kris Ventura are all in 64 -7.

The controversial new Strategic Alliance with the DP World Tour allows the top 10 not already qualified players each year on the DP World Tour, membership on this side of the pond. As a result 6 of the 7 winners this season have been Internationals.

There was a significant breeze in otherwise perfect Mexican weather leading to over half the field under par, expect low scoring to continue.

Canadians

Ben Silverman T30 -3 68

Adam Svensson T87 E 71
