DP World Tour ; Hero Indian Open Leaderboard
Soccer goalies pride themselves on keeping " a clean sheet" while golfers call it a "bogey free round"
It was anything but for Teulon's Aaron Cockerill earlier this morning on the DLF G&CC in New Delhi on moving day
Six bogeys and a double combined with six birdies and just five pars led to +2 74 dropping him 16 places to a T40 at -3
He went out in E, but that consisted of 3 bogey's at 2, 5,6 followed by 3 birdies in a row at 7,8,9 for an unlikely E 36
His 4th birdie at the 10th followed by another at the 13th had him in good shape at -7 on the leaderboard. Then he got back on the rollercoaster with a double and 3 bogey's from 14-18 sandwiching a birdie at the 17th, home in +2 38 for his 74 and -3 heading into Sunday's final round.
The Japanese rookie Keita Nakajima continues to lead by 3 at -17 with round 3 winding down as I write.
