Cockerill surges, Nakajima leads storm delayed Hero Indian Open... full scoreboard

Keita Nakajima is a DP World Tour rookie, having played on the Japan Tour last year and spent 87 weeks on top of the World Amateur rankings leads this Hero Indian Open after 2 rounds, posting 65 65 -14 in spectacular style with 16 birdies and an eagle in 36 holes.

He's two clear of Frenchman Romain Langasque 66 66 -12 then Matteo Manassero 65 68 -11.

Storms (lightning) in New Delhi halted play a 5pm GMT and 46 players will return Saturday morning to complete their rounds before the cut is made

Aaron Cockerill

Canadian Aaron Cockerill will be pleased after opening with E72, he went out early this morning and posted 4 birdies, and eagle 3 with a lone bogey for -5 67 to move up the board 40 places T22 -5.

Round 2 is still in progress with the cut projected at -1
