With round 2 now under way at the Kia Classic out in Carlsbad California, Brooke Henderson leads the Canadians with an opening -3 69 and she is in the early wave today, currently +1 in her 2nd round with a bogey 6 on her first hole as she teed off on #10.
Maude Aimee LeBlanc is right behind at -2 70, Alena Sharp played better golf with -1 71, and Anne Catherine Tanguay struggled to +3 75. Thehy are all in the late wave today.
The current leader is Sweden's Caroline Hedwell on course at -8, with Cristie Kerr at -7.
Michelle Wie who is sponsored by Kia opened with a -1 71.
The cut line is set to fall at E although it is very early.
