Masters : Saturday scoreboard here
Mother Nature decided the fate of this 89th Masters, suspending play mid way thru Saturday.
Thursday morn, afternoon and Friday morn were ideal conditions for scoring and Brooks Koepka (-13) who says he would have had a harder decision to jump to LIV had he been healthy, leads by 4 over Jon Rahm +1 (-9) thru 6 holes.
Masters Statement;
" Due to inclimate weather the 3rd round has been officially suspended for Saturday
The 3rd round will resume at 8.30 am Sunday, where a 27 hole marathon will begin what many consider a 2 horse race with the "PGA Tour hero Rahm and the LIV villain Koepka" as the plot.
The final round off split tees expected at 12.30 pm Sunday
**Opinion :
Just consider this, although the Masters Committee is above all of this controversy, the media frenzy if Koepka ends up sitting in Butler cabin with Scottie Scheffler putting the Green Jacket on him will go through the roof, and will always be remembered for it.
