With a sparkling bogey free -8 64 Brooke Henderson has vaulted into T5 at -9 going into the weekend at the Taiwan Swinging Skirts, just 3 shots off the lead held by Mi Jung Hur of South Korea at -12. Nelly Korda is at -11.
" I feel like Brittany and I did a good job judging the wind and picking clubs, then it was nice to roll in some putts" Her 64 was the low round of the day. While the wind was gusting, at least the sun came out after the rain on Thursday.
Hur came out firing on Friday with birdies on five of her first six holes.
Alena Sharp continues her sub par play with a -2 70 and she is T18 at -3.
