Yesterday at Woodbine I had the great good fortune to stand in with Dan Loiselle, the superb voice of racing as he called the 5th race which had 14 horses in the field and as they rounded the clubhouse turn, 4 abreast, Dan's voice conveyed the urgency of the matter .."and down the stretch they come"
That is exactly what is happening as they play the final nine of the year's final event in Dubai.
Robert Karlsson is having a great day at -4, -13 total to lead Poulter who is E at the turn -12. Paul Casey is at -3, -11 along with Alvaro Quiros -3,-11 and Lee Westwood -2, -11... Lee has missed a lot of putts within 10 feet over the last 2 days.
I am also watching for Francesco Molinari who is playing in the last group with Poulter and is at +1 -9 but is not out of it.
8 players are within 4 of the lead..
MacDowell finished with a -4 68 to finish at -6 good to T13 and Martin Kaymer is also T13 E today playing the 16th....
