Happy New Year! as PGA Tour 2020 schedule resumes at the Sentry Tournament of Champions.. live scoreboard

All the very best to you all as this historic 2020 year is now underway in extremely mild weather here in Southern Ontario, and of course much warmer where the 34 winners from 2019 gather at Kapalua for the Tournament of Champions, the traditional first stop on the PGA Tour.

Neither Tiger or Rory will be beginning their seasons for a while, but DJ, Rickie, Justin Thomas, Patrick Reed and European Tour #1 Jon Rahm are in this 34 man field on the Plantation Course in Maui, including Corey Connors who you'll recall won the Shell Houston Open and went on to the Masters in his sensational 2019.

The first full field is next week, the Sony Open on Oahu, so many of the tour pros are somewhere in Hawaii with their families for a kind of busman's holiday.
