After a thoroughly enjoyable Saturday at Hualalai it took 2 extra holes to decide the winner of this year's Mitsubishi Electric Championship.
Miguel Jimenez, Ernie Els in his Champions debut and loveable Freddie Couples all had their chances to win in regulation, but ended up on the 18th together in a playoff.
Miguel left his winning putt right on the lip, Ernie just missed his and Freddie stubbed a little 4 footer to bow out.
The second time around Miguel didn't miss his birdie 3 to edge Ernie and the two old pals walked off arm in arm.
It was a great week, at a great resort in paradise, what more could the Champions Tour ask... or us for that matter.
