American Jenny Kupcho has a narrow 1 shot lead after 18 holes at the US Women's Open.

Kupcho's fifth and most recent win on the LPGA Tour came last June



She played the iconic Riviera GC in Los Angeles in -5 66 a shot ahead of South Korean S-Y Kim -4 67 and a pack led by Mexican Gabby Lopez -3 68.
