Brooke Henderson has followed up her opening round of 65 with -4 68 to stay right with the leaders at T3 -11 in in her defence of the LOTTE Championship in winder conditions on the island of Oahu in Hawaii.
So far in 2 rounds Brooke has 11 birdies, an eagle and only 2 bogey's. In round 2 she hit 14/18 greens in regulation and used 29 putts.
The leader is a South Korean called Eun Hee Ji (65 -15) with Nelly Korda 2nd (68 -13). Korda and Henderson played a lot of their junior golf together. Another girl Brooke battled with as an amateur for #1 status, Minjee Lee (67 66) is also at -11.
"It's pretty cool to have us both make it this far on tour," Henderson said of Korda, "Growing up playing junior events together I think this was both of our dreams, so it's pretty cool to come out here and have it be a reality every single day."
Azahara Munoz (66) and Moriya Jutanugarn (67) are -10.
Other Canadian scores : Alena Sharp T48 73 -2 total, Anne Catherine Tanguay, Jaclyn Lee, Brittany Marchand all missed the cut
