Round 3 of the Joburg Open has just wrapped up and the story going into Sunday is there is a three way tie for the lead and there are three spots up for grabs at this year's Open Championship at Royal Troon.
Anthony Wall from England (68), and South Africans Zander Lombard (65) and Haydn Porteous (68) are all at -15 two shots clear of Jacques Blaauw (67), Paul Dunne (68), Daniel Im (65) and Ross McGowan (73)
Good guy Wall hasn't won in 16 years at the Alfred Dunhill in 2000, and he won his place at the 2015 Open Championship with a second-placed finish here last year so he has a history to call on under pressure tomorrow.
Meanwhile Lombard shared the low round of the day with a young Asian/American rising star Daniel Im who had two closing birdies helping him to a 65 while Porteous also finished birdie-birdie for a 68.
Remember the top three non-exempt players in the top ten will claim a place in the field at Royal Troon which will add a lot of spice to the mix in tomorrow's final round at the Royal Johannesburg and Kensington GC.
