Posting 67 65 66 -18 he fended off lifetime friend Miguel Angel Jimenez 65 71 64 -16 evergreen Bernhard Langer 71 63 66 -16 and late bloomer Alex Cejka 66 66 68 -16 worth $340,000 at the Mitsubishi Electric Championship at Hualalai.
He has finished in the top 12 in all six appearances, this was his first win and 7th since becoming a senior.
