This week's final Signature event Travelers Championship, Conners future events?.

PGA Tour : The Travelers TPC River Highlands.Field

JJ Spaun the newly minted US Open Champion and owgr #8 was the only player to finish under par at Oakmont GC with -1 279 total.

This week the TPC River Highlands record set by 2023 winner Keegan Bradley is -23, 257 at what will be a vey comfortable return to one of the Tour's shortest courses, par 70, 6844 yards, for the 45 out of 50 players scheduled to enter.

It will be a welcome relief for Rory, Scottie and the boys, not to mention yet another huge payday, $20,000,000 this time ! It can be so easy, Jim Furyk shot a record 58 here in 2016.

Last year Tom Kim 54 hole leader led most of the way, lost to Scottie Scheffler 65, on the first playoff hole.

Canadians (5)

Corey Conners

Corey Connors #24 The extent of Conners’ injury and its impact on his participation in upcoming tournaments, including the $20 million Travelers Championship, remains uncertain)

Adam Hadwin #103 (was #59 at the end of 2024)

Mac Hughes #50

Taylor Pendrith #37

Nick Taylor #31

** Corey Conners accidental injury to his right wrist, will be a very expensive one. He was one of the better players at the US Open. Let's say (speculation) he finished +4 T7, $614,423 or T10 $465,937 ... as it is his compensation was $0,000,000

* This week another $20,000,000 signature event. (doubtful)

* Upcoming the PGA Tour has the Rocket Mortgage in Detroit, then The John Deere which Corey would not be playing, as most of the top players are usually off all together.

* Next : Top players like Corey play,  July 10-13 Genesis Scottish Open, North Berwick. then 153rd Open Championship, Royal Portrush Northern Ireland.

IMO he will need the time off to heal and then practice before heading to the UK early July.
