DP World Tour : Hainan Classic Leaderboard
England's Marco Penge shares the lead with home favourite Bowen Xiao ahead of the final round of the weather-affected Hainan Classic after making two eagles in his third-round 65.
Penge, who finished third at last month's Investec South African Open Championship, sat four shots back at the halfway stage but made two eagles, five birdies and a double bogey on Saturday to earn a share of the lead.
Xiao, meanwhile, produced a back-nine birdie blitz to join Penge on -12, following up a birdie at the first with six in seven holes from the tenth in a flawless 65.
New Zealand's Daniel Hillier sits alone in third, one shot back on -11, one ahead of Australia's Elvis Smylie, Englishman Sam Bairstow and Frenchman Martin Couvra all at -10
Penge said: "I started off great. My approach play was really good today. I was hitting it in close early doors.
"I was three under through five and then I tried to take the sixth on and hit driver off the deck, and probably hit one of the worst shots I've ever hit.
"It's a great golf course, obviously it's playing pretty long. I feel like courses like this obviously suit me because I'm a long hitter but you've got to still hit it in play so you can't just stand there and smash it. You've got to hit your shots wisely.
"Just all round, it's great. The greens are really small as well, which is quite uncommon for a long golf course.
"It's just a real out and out test.
