LPGA Tour ANA Inspiration scoreboard http://espn.go.com/golf/leaderboard?tour=lpga
Thanks to the fine folks at All Nippon Airlines (ANA) but this will always be the Dinah Shore for me, like the Humana Challenge will always be the Hope..ah but time waits for no man...
Morgan Pressel is your leader but Lydia Ko stole the headlines yet again...
Talk about deja vu, Pressel who shot -5 67 for the lead, won here in 2007 to become the youngest major champion at 18 years, 10 months, Ko of course is vying to break that record. Ai Miyazato is second at -4 68, and Juli Inkster, So Yeon Ryu, Alison Walshe and Gwladys Nocera are all at -3 69. The remarkable Inkster is now 54 won in 1984 and 1989, when Ko and Pressel weren't even a gleam in their parents eyes..They all played in the much calmer afternoon wave.
Ko who already has 10 worldwide titles in professional events, grabbed the headlines when she went out and fired for a -1 71 to match Annika Sorenstam’s record of 29 straight rounds under par. She is currently T10. Lexi Thompson, the defending champion and child prodigy in her own right, had a 72 playing alongside Ko in the windier morning at Mission Hills.
Alena Sharp is T85 +4 76
