Sei Young Kim grew up in South Korea watching the Dinah Sore winners jumping into the greenside pond at the 18th, now she has every chance of making a splash herself. She needs an interpreter to speak English for her, but her game speaks for itself.
Long-hitting Kim shot a -3 69 for a 3 shot lead at -10 and looked the best of the field doing it. She holed a 20' downhiller for a birdie on the par-4 16th, made another birdie on the par-3 17th and two-putted for par at the 18th to finish stronger than Stacy Lewis who bogeyed 15 and 17 after she had birdied six of the first 12 holes to take the lead at -9.
Morgan Pressel 71, Brittany Lincicome 70 and Ariya Jutanugarn 66 are T3 at -6
The 22-year-old Kim won her first LPGA Tour title in February in the Bahamas. A five-time winner on the South Korean tour, she is making her 13th LPGA Tour start.
After 3 perfect days of sunshine and calm conditions there are gusty winds forecast for today's final round.
