Young guns set to battle for WGC title... Woods/Mickelson out of contention

So now Jim Nantz and Nick Faldo have picked up the TV coverage for CBS until 6pm and are broadcasting as though this was live.... Eh, no the day is done and here is your top 10 leaderboard ( full scoreboard click PGA Tour)

1 16 Adam Scott -12 F -4 color info 62 70 66 198

T2 8 -- Ryo Ishikawa -11 F -6 color info 67 68 64 199

T10 3 -- Rory McIlroy -7 F -3 color info 68 68 67 203
T10 3 2 Steve Stricker -7 F -3 color info 71 65 67 203

64 was the low score of the day and 19 year old Ryo Ishikawa who is donating all his earnings to the Japan Relief fund, plus $1200 per birdie fired his to get into a tie at -11 with 22 year old Jason Day (66).

They are both chasing Adam Scott and his caddie Stevie Williams who birdied 4 out of 5 holes starting at #12 to get in at -4 66 -12 total... Can you imagine the satisfaction Stevie will get when and if he guides his new boss to the title he won 7 times with Tiger !!

World #1 Luke Donald, getting no respect as I mentioned to the disgust of several American scribes recently also shot 64 to move into a T6 at -9 and he later tweeted " I shot 64 today in case any of you were wondering, I wasn't on the box much"

Once again it is Tiger 1st 2nd and 3rd with what is actually happening at the tournament next.

Rickie Fowler (69) is also T6 and don't you just love how Puma is dressing him !! Today was a canary yellow hat and shirt and shoes with a bluey grey pair of strides..very smart. He just needs one good Sunday to capitalize on all his fine play this year..

Tiger shot 72 including bogey at 18 and Phil shot 71, both T38 and out of contention but needless to say will be the GC focus whenever they come on tomorrow..
