Japan's Miyazato leads as Canucks battle to stay in contention at Canadian Women's Open

It's halfway through round 2 in Mirabel, Quebec and Japanese star Ai Miyazato is at -11 (65,68) to lead by 2 shots from a pair of South Koreans.

Currently our top Canuck is Samantha Richdale who is T15 at -5 (66,73) then Lisa Meldrum T23 AT -4 (71,69)

With the top 70 and ties making the cut, several of our women including Lorie Kane are on course right now battling to make the weekend..
