Boyd leads the morning flight at BMW International in Munich

Players who drew the early flight at the BMW International Championship in Munich are now finished and it's England's Gary Boyd with an opening -7,65 for a one shot lead over Dutchman Tim Sluiter -6, 66, a European Tour rookie ranked 1,368th in the world.
Boyd had 8 birdies, but made bogey 6 on his final hole, the 540yd par 5 ninth...
Scot George Murray, Englishman Mark Foster and South African Jbe Kruger all shot -5 67 while two-time US Open Champion Retief Goosen is in the group at -4 68..

 Sergio Garcia, Matteo Manassero, Henrik Stenson and Bernhard Langer are all in the late flight and will be featured on TV this morning...Stenson is -4 through 6 holes !!
