Busy week for Canadian golf around the world, live scoreboards

With most of the general public's sports fans moving on to hockey, football, and the World Series, the game of golf continues with important events around the world at this time of year, and many Canadians are right in the thick of things.

Off the golf course I was delighted to see my pal Kevin Thistle named as the President of PGA Canada after a couple of years in Calgary. We exchanged texts and will catch up when he returns home to wife Heather and the boys in mid November. His people skills and golf industry acumen will be a stunning addition to our PGA.

Also a tip of my cap to Anne Catherine Tanguay who has graduated to the LPGA tour via the Symetra Tour money list. She joins Brooke Henderson, Alena Sharp, Maude-Aimee LeBlanc, and Jennifer Ha.
