Alena Sharp recovered from her opening 75 with a -4 68 overnight to move 41 spots up the leaderboard to a T14 at -1 at the Swinging Skirts Taiwan Championship.
The Hamilton native was bogey free for one of her better rounds in recent weeks. Brooke Henderson meanwhile went in the other direction following her opening 74 with a 75 to sit T54 in overcast damp and dreary conditions off the SE coast of China.
The leaders at -7 are a pair of South Koreans, Jenny Shin (67) and Eun-Hee Ji (71)
