Canadians are no strangers to the winners circle at the Sanderson Farms Championship with Nick Taylor the winner in 2014, Dan Halldorson and Dick Zokol winners in the mid 80's when it was called the Deposit Guaranty Golf Classic.
Today tour rookie Ben Silverman with rounds of 68 70 69 -9 is T3 going into today's final round as he tries to add his name to that list.
However he is 6 shots behind leader 41 year old Ryan Armour who shot 67 to get to a 5 shot -15 lead. He is looking for his first ever PGA Tour win in a journeyman career.
Chesson Hadley (68) is second at -10 with Vaughn Taylor (70), Scott Strohmeyer (68), Beau Hossler (69) and Seamus Power (71) joining Silverman T3 at -9
