Brooke Henderson shoots 64, Cristie Kerr wins Sime Darby LPGA Malaysia

LPGA Tour Sime Darby Malaysia final leaderboard http://www.lpga.com/tournaments/sime-darby-lpga-malaysia/results

Brooke Henderson just got better and better this week at the Sime Darby LPGA Malaysia with scores of 70, 69 68 and overnight in EST,she had the round of the day, -7 64 to storm up the leaderboard to -13 good enough to hold the clubhouse lead.

It was vintage Henderson, 7 birdies, no bogey's 31 out 33 in 64 total, worth $58,391.00

However it wasn't quite enough as she finished 2 shots behind the winner, veteran American Cristie Kerr who followed her Saturday 65 with a Sunday 70 for a -15 total and her 20th career win after after enduring a dangerous weather delay that lasted over an hour.

Her -15 total was enough to win by one-stroke over Jacqui Concolino (67), Danielle Kang (66) and Shanshan Feng (71) who vied with Kerr all day for the title. Feng now has three 2nds and 2 wins in her last 5 events here.

With 22 points Kerr is just now 5 away from the LPGA Hall of Fame.

Alena Sharp shot 72 to end up T62.
