ANA Inspiration Saturday scoreboard/tee times https://www.lpga.com/
We knew Brooke Henderson would be tested with her late tee time on Friday and all in all she did a good job after opening with a bogey. A birdie at the 6th saw her out in E and another at the 14th with a resulting -1 71 sees her T7th at -5.
She begins play today six shots behind a superb Nelly Korda 66 67 -11. Nelly and her sister Jessica come from such an athletic family, along with their brother Sebastian who just lost in the latter stages of the US Open tennis, have won a unique Australian Grand Slam. Father Petr won the Aussie Open tennis in 1998, Sebastian won the Aussie junior title, Jessica the Aussie Open in 2012 and Nelly in 2019.
She is in the last group today off the 1st at 9.50am two shots ahead of Korean Miram Lee 70 65 -9 and former champion Lexi "Legs" Thompson 70 67 -7.
Today with the heat expected to top 105*F the field is paired in 3's off split tees to take advantage off the cooler mornings. Brooke will be off the 1st tee at 8.55am with Americans Ally McDonald and amateur Rose Yhang.
Alena Sharp played early on Friday and made an eagle and 4 birdies. Unfortunately she also made 5 bogey's for 71. She is T61 at +2 and will go off the 10th tee, also at 8.55am.
