DP World Tour: Catalunya Championship Leaderboard
It's the 2nd consecutive week in Spain for the DP World Tour, celebrating it's 50th season playing the Catalunya Championship at the newly renovated PGA Catalunya Stadium Course, modelled on Augusta National and PGA Sawgrass.
They are in Girona, where they played their first event and today's ceremonial 1st tee shot was struck by the winner back then, Antonio Garrido.
Canadian Aaron Cockerill coming off a T3 last week at the ISPS Handa, was in the featured afternoon group along with fan favourite Richard Bland and Kenya Open winner Ashun Wu. The wind picked up dramatically for the late wave.

Cockerill has jumped up to 25th on the DP World Tour ranking and now 295th in the world.
The clubhouse leaders are at -6 66 South African Darren Fichardt, Dane Jeff Winther -6 66, and South African Oliver Bekkar
