Tiger amongst the low scorers at the Greenbrier Classic..

PGA Tour Greenbrier Classic scoreboard http://espn.go.com/golf/leaderboard?tour=pga

The Old White TPC course was softened by morning rain and as a result the field took it apart led by 2 guys you haven't heard much from recently, Scott Langley (62) and on a sponsors exemption, his buddy Jonathan Byrd (63) along with Danny Lee also at 63.

Heck even the guy ranked 200 in the world...eh, Tiger Woods shot 66, his lowest round of the year, closing with 3 straight birdies.

You have to go down the leaderboard to 117th to find someone over par !

Roger Sloan joined Woods at 66, Graham Delaet and David Hearn are at 68, Nick Taylor 69 and Adam Hadwin 72 were the Canadian scores.

Langley and Byrd have been out of touch so far this year, neither in the top 10 this season and both need some solid results to be among the 125 qualifiers for the FedEx Cup playoffs so this Old White course has been a great tonic for their games.

To be fair it  is reknown for low scoring as Tiger said after the round, " if you drive the ball well here, you’re going to probably have at least seven shots with 9-iron or below into the greens, and you’re going to have to capitalize on that,” so far I’m one of those guys who did.”

John Daly was in at 68, Bubba at 69 and defending champion Angel Cabrera at 71.
