PGA Tour CIMB Classic leaderboard http://www.pgatour.com/tournaments/cimb-classic/leaderboard.html
Some of the guys who have been in contention this wrap around season are at it again this week going into the final round at the CIMB Classic in hot, muggy Kuala Lumpur.
Brendan Steele who you will remember led into the final round of the Frys.com Open only to shoot a 76 on Sunday, had a bogey-free 66 to get to -20 196 along with Justin Thomas who birdied the final two holes to shoot a -5 67 and they are shot clear of last year's runner-up Kevin Na, who was 2nd at the Fry's.Com then the Shriners Hospitals for Children last week, who matched the best round of the day with a 64.
"Eight times in my career I finished second. I've got to keep the streak alive. Worst case, I win, right?" joked Na, who finished runner-up to Ryan Moore a year ago.
Canadian scores: David Hearn 70 69 74 -7 T37 Nick Taylor 74 70 69 -3 T59
It looks like a race to the wire to me with 10 players within 4 shots. Adam Scott (66) and first-round leader Scott Piercy (69) are lurking at -16, a shot behind James Hahn (64), Brian Harman (66) and Spencer Levin (68) as well as in form Japan's Hideki Matsuyama (68).
It would be nice for Na to finally get off that 2nd place schnide.
