The wind is blowing again at Gullane, 25kph from the west, again not the worst by a long way but enough to get their attention. Still the early scores are in and most are very reasonable, -3 the lowest, +4 the highest from the back markers. It normally roils up in the afternoon as the tide comes in.
Daniel Brooks and Raphael Jacquelin are the last pairing, off at 1530 hours or 10.30 am est. Dutchman Joost Luiten is paired with Rickie Fowler in the penultimate pairing.

Rickie Fowler has just won the Scottish Open after making birdie 3 of the last 4 holes including a 360 yard drive on 18 followed by a wedge from 110 yards stiff to the flag.
His 68, -12 total was good enough to pip Matt Kuchar who shot 68 as well for -11 and Raphael Jacquelin 70 -11 and he almost holed out on 18 for the eagle that would have tied Rickie...
