With the world's top players vying for all the baubles at the season ending Race to Dubai Globe and the women's Race to CME Globe, the rest of the guys who haven't put the clubs away for Christmas are down at Sea Island, Georgia for the wrap around season's RSM Classic, where it all got started for Canada's MacKenzie Hughes with his first PGA Tour win last time here.
He went on to receive a 2 year exemption, play in the Masters, get married and buy his first home, so if you don't think this week is important for these guys, think again.
There are 4 other Canucks with him in the field, Nick Taylor, Corey Connors, Ben Silverman and David Hearn
Bubba Watson and Zach Johnson are probably the two most well known names, and a tip of the hat to Chesson Hadley who was just named 2017 Web.com Player of the Year. He earned $562,475 and became the first player in the five-year history of the Web.com Tour Finals to win the Regular Season and Finals money lists.
