Danny Willett has continued his impressive start to the European Tour season with a 65 this morning at the Maybank Championship Malaysia.
The English star you'll remember won his last tournament at the Omega Dubai Desert Classic which made it two top fives in his first three events this year and of course he finished second to Rory in the Race to Dubai in 2015, all of that raising his official ranking to #13.

Malayasia is a tough gig for many of the top players, although Kuala Lumpur is a fascinating city, it is sickeningly hot and humid, and it's a long flight to get there.
Willett turned in -1 34, then got hot, chipping in for eagle on the 13th and following that with back-to-back birdies before sinking a huge putt on the 18th to be in a group -6 65 including Tommy Fleetwood and Peter Uihlein to get within a shot of first-round leader, Australian Nathan Holman who shot -7 64.
