Michael Gligic's career round leads Canadians at low scoring Sanderson Farms Championship.. live scoring

Sanderson Farms Championship .. Live scoring here.

Michael Gligic had quite a Thursday down in Mississippi at the Sanderson Farms Championship, posting an eagle, 6 birdies, just one bogey for a career best -7 65 T5  just a shot off the lead of -8 64 held by 4 players including Charlie Green.

Gligic leads Corey Connors (7 birdies, double bogey) and Roger Sloan (7 birdies, 2 bogey's), both T12 with -5 67, then Nick Taylor ( 5 birdies, 2 bogey's) T28 -3 69 and David Hearn T39 -2 70.

Nick Taylor won his first of 2 PGA Tour championships here in 2014, the other at Pebble Beach earlier this year.

In ideal weather it was a day of low scoring, you have to go to T106 to find anyone over par 72.

Jimmy Walker who has been suffering from Lyme disease had his best round in over a year, sharing the lead at 64 along with Kevin Chappell and Sebastien Munoz from Columbia.
