A terrific -5 65 has Henderson right in contention to win the KPMG Women's major again.. live scoring

KPMG PGA Championship Saturday scoreboard here.

"Our plan for today is to be patient, play smart and take our chances when we can"

Brooke Henderson and her sister/caddie Brittany carried out that game plan to near perfection, after posting a low round of the day bogey free -5 65 on a tough Aronimink GC at the KPMG Women's PGA Championship.

Off to a great start with 3 birdies in 6 holes, Brooke was out in -4 31 which moved her right into the top 3, where she stayed all day.

She added another at the 12th, adding 8 pars for a terrific Saturday moving round, and if you weren't watching she had several more good looks for birdie and just shaved the hole for eagle on the par 5 9th.

She leads the LPGA in GIR with 78.57%, is 2nd in scoring average 69.38 and 3rd in rounds in the 60's.

Today she hit 17/18 fairways and 10/14 fairways with 31 putts, several of those were short ones for par.

Alena Sharp had her 2nd 73 and at +7 is T49.

With round 3 wrapping up Korean Sei Young Kim is at -7 playing 16 and Swede, Anna Nordqvist -6 playing 17.
