Aronimink GC has proved to be as tough as expected, after 18 holes the lead was only at -3 with Kelly Tan and Brittany Lincicome posting solid 67's.
Brook Henderson and Alena Sharp were in the late wave both battling their way to +1 71 and begin this morning 4 shots behind
Alena has just begun her round and is even through 2, Brooke is off at 8.27, she had a bogey and a birdie in round one all the rest pars, while Alena featured 3 birdies, 2 bogey's and a double.
There are currently 22 players between them and the leaders. Remember par is a good score in these cold heavy conditions, and 3 putts are not unusual if the approach shots are not in the right part of the huge sloping greens.
