It's Korda's to lose Thailand, Henderson in the chasing pack

LPGA Tour Honda LPGA Thailand leaderboard http://www.lpga.com/tournaments/honda-lpga-thailand/leaderboard

Heck even her younger sister Nelly took a run at her with a 65 as did the Jutanugarn sisters Moriya and Ariya, but at the end of 3 rounds this Honda LPGA Thailand is Jessica Korda's to win after rounds of 66 62 68 -20 have her 4 shots clear of Moriya and the chasing pack.

It's true that we never appreciate our health until we lose it, and Jessica after a double jaw surgery and a broken nose as part of ensuing complications has suddenly learned that all the problems she thought she had in her life didn't amount to a hill of beans when you are lying unconscious in hospital.

Now much more balanced and aware of what life is all about, she is simply thanking her lucky stars that she is fortunate to play a game she loves and is very good at, and very well paid for and it is showing in her game which has been absolutely stellar all week, jaw dropping you could say...

Australian Minjee Lee (68) is third at -15 201, then Ariya Jutanugarn (65) on 202. Lexi Thompson (69) on 203. Michelle Wie (69) is T6.

Brooke Henderson shot (70) T9 -1. Out in 33 with 3 birgies she stalled with bogeys at 12 and 14 before managing to birdie the last for 37 and the 70. Brooke only hit 8/14 fairways and was up to 30 putts again.  Alena Sharp had a (72) +4.

So its Jessica Korda's to win and as I said yesterday, unless she comes back to the field she will do just that !
