Woods charges up leaderboard in round 2 at benign Bay Hill...

Tiger Woods has moved up 25 spots and is currently T6 after his -4 68 earlier this morning under much more benign scoring conditions in Orlando. He is 73,68 -3. He only used 26 putts today (32 yesterday) and had only 1 bogey with 5 birdies, so a better day all round for Tiger.

The scoring average yesterday was 73 as the wind whipped across Arnie's track, which is already ranked the 5th toughest on tour, and in fact there were 13 rounds in the 80's including Graeme McDowell 80, Jhonattan Vegas 80 and Ricky Barnes 82.

So far today it is fair and 80*F and the scores reflect that.

Canadian Tour grad Spencer Levin still leads in the clubhouse after his spectacular -6,66 yesterday he is already in with -2 70 today for a -8 total.. He is one of those so called nobodies we have been writing about all year with 4 T15's in 5 starts including that playoff loss at the Mayakoba.

Steve Marino has fired a -5 67 and is at -6 (71,67)and Sergio Garcia has just finished at -4 68 (73,68 -3) after he eagled the par 5 16th then bogeyed the par 3 17th, before making par at 18.

Charles Howell has the best round of the day so far at -7, 65 to stand at 73,65 -6   David Toms has a -5 67 today ( 74,67 -3)

Our Canuck Stephen Ames is in on the low scoring with a -3 69 today  (75,69 E ) and he will play this weekend. The cut is projected at +4 right now..
