Brooke Henderson 4 shots off the lead at CME Group Tour Championship

LPGA Tour CME Group Tour Championship leaderboard http://www.lpga.com/tournaments/cme-group-tour-championship/leaderboard

The leaderboard says Brooke Henderson with 3 rounds of 70 is T23 at -6 heading into today's final round of the CME Group Tour Championship, however the fact is there are 18 players crowded near the top of this jam packed leaderboard, and she is only 4 shots off the lead.

If she makes a charge she is still very much in contention to win the tournament and with it the Race to CME Globe. What a prospect for the 20 year old Canadian, but it will be tough.

"Being this far back with that many people ahead of you it’s very unlikely that I could be the champion of this event this year. However, I can still get into the top 10, maybe even better if I get off to a hot start tomorrow and hopefully make a few putts.”

However even if she does charge, there are so many others who have the same thing in mind, so like the Race to Dubai, this season looks like it'd going right down to the wire.

There are 4 women in the lead at -10, all great players. A healthy Michelle Wie
with her new blond hairdo, Suzann Pettersen, Ariya Jutanugarn and Kim Kaufman lead the way.

7 players are at -9 including the woman I wrote about yesterday, Rookie of the Year Sung Hyun Park who slipped out of a 3 shot lead with a 75, and Lexi Thompson (69) who leads the Race and is in the drivers seat now to win everything.

There are another 7 players at -8, 4 more at -7, then comes Brooke, Lydia Ko and 7 others at -6.

Alena Sharp (69) T54th at +2.

So you try picking the winner, or winners !  The field is paired in 3's, the weather in Naples, Florida is hot and sunny with a breeze getting up in the afternoon
