Internationals let one slip away, match reports, Fourball pairings

The score reads 4-2 USA, but it was a day of disappointment for the International team.
Four of the matches listed below were decisive, but Norman's team let 2 close ones slip away.

Ogilvy and Schwartzel were up by 2 on the 15th tee, and let Haas and Watney square the match with a par on 16, then worse Baddeley and Day were dormie 2 and Aaron missed a short putt to halve the 17th to win, then drove it wildly into the rough on 18, and Johnson and Kuchar walked off the 18th with a half, feeling like they'd won.

The big match was a flop for the Americans as Woods and Stricker didn't make a birdie in 12 holes, in fact made 3 bogey's and were smoked 7 and 6 by Scott and Choi.
