Adrian Meronk ended a 1,078 day wait to claim his fifth victory on the DP World Tour at the 2026 Alfred Dunhill Links Championship, as he and Pro-Am partner Tom Chaplin also claimed the Team Championship.

The Pole, who last lifted a title at the 2023 Estrella Damm N.A. Andalucía Masters, came from two behind on the final day with -5 67 -20 around the Old Course, St Andrews to finish two shots ahead of Casey Jarvis -18

The 33-year-old spent the majority of the front nine locked in a battle with overnight leader Jarvis, but pulled ahead at the 12th and held on down the stretch for his first victory in nearly three years.

"It's unreal, to be honest," Meronk said of his win. "I never usually cry, but this one, this one feels really special and, I'm sorry, I'm just lost for words.

"It's been, it's been quite tough year for me and to, to win here after near, after 10 years after turning pro, it's, it's a dream come true.

"And, it's unbelievable. But, I'm extremely happy and, very relieved."

My goal for the rest of the season was to try and get my DP World Tour status and this helps me a lot"

As Meronk drove into the Valley of Sin on the 18th, Jarvis made a bogey of his own at the 17th, leading the four-time DP World Tour winner two ahead with one hole left to play.

A final hole par was enough to secure his title at the same tournament Meronk made his first professional start, with Jarvis (72) also making par to finish T2 alongside Denmark’s Niklas Norgaard (68) both -18

Behind him, T4 -17 Scotland’s Michael Stewart continued his incredible week in Scotland by counting a hole out eagle among a final round 66 to end T4 with Tommy Fleetwood, who carded an -8 64 -17  for the lowest round of the day.
