DP World Tour : Nexo Scottish Championship Tee Times
The traditional hectic summer of major sports events in the UK has come and gone with the Wimbledon fortnight in London, the Genesis Scottish Open in North Berwick, the Open Championship at Royal Portrush and last weekend the AIG Women's Open at Royal Porthcawl in Wales.
Now the rank and file have gathered in Aberdeen for the Scottish Championship now sponsored by Nexo at a relatively new links style course owned and operated by the business conglomerate of the current US President, Trump International Golf Links.
Canadian Aaron Cockerill returns to action, ranked #107 in the Race to Dubai, with owgr #355. He will want to improve his position to both secure his card and make the playoffs.
The top 116 keep their cards, the top 70 make it to the playoffs November 6th in Abu Dhabi with the top 50 to the season ending Tour Championship November 13th in Dubai.
Before that the "Closing Swing" raps up in Denmark next week, then the "Back nine" begins with travel to England, Switzerland, Ireland and France with a break for the Ryder Cup at Bethpage in New York State September 26-28.
Needless to say, the DP World Tour has a lot of important events left on this 2025 schedule.
