European Tour: AVIV Dubai Championship Leaderboard
The season's penultimate event, the AVIV Dubai Championship is well underway on the Fire Course, the players all vying for the top 50 spots in the season finale, the DP World Tour Championship next week on the Earth course.
Veteran Dane Joachim Hansen has the clubhouse lead -9 63, he stands 43rd in the Race to Dubai rankings, 170the OWGR.
Three players are in at -7 65 including defending champion from France, Antoine Rozner.
In typical ideal weather the scoring is low, I needed to go down to 95th place to find players over par.
Sadly, Canada's Aaron Cockerill is 113th, or 2nd last with an opening +4 76. He is 155th in the Race to Dubai and 499 in OWGR.
