European Tour: BMW PGA Championship
It's that time of the year at Wentworth, late summer, fall in the air for the early tee times, for the flagship event on the European Tour, the BMW PGA Championship, and this year it will be the final decider for who will make captain Padraig Harrington's team.

Four players have already qualified from the Race To Dubai, Jon Rahm, Rory McIlroy, Tommy Fleetwood and Tyrrell Hatton
Paul Casey, Lee Westwood, Shane Lowry, Matt Fitzpatrick, and Victor Hovland will be in based on their World Points earned.
That leaves 3 captains picks for Paddy, (the USA team used 6) and we know that Ian Poulter will be one.
Others in the running with a good showing this week, Justin Rose, Henrik Stenson, Sergio Garcia, Bernd Weisberger, Victor Perez, Robert MacIntyre, and Guido Migliozzi,
Play begins September 24-26 at Sheboygan, Wisconsin on the Whistling Straits course, with a COVID restricted almost all USA crowd, so a daunting challenge for Harrigton's veteran team, who will be buoyed no doubt by the brilliant 15-13 Curtis Cup win for the European women's team on the Inverness GC in Toledo Ohio.
